Even though I’m a food blogger, where cooking is quite an important part of my job description, some nights it just feels like I can’t keep up with the meal making. Ideally, I cook ahead on the weekend and stock the fridge and freeze but especially by the end of the week, putting together a healthy dinner becomes a challenge.
Besides, I’m typically a lot more tempted to bake fudgy brownies than prepare dinner. *sigh* Though now that I think about it, brownies sound like a delicious dinner. Especially if they’re made of cauliflower and sugar-free O:)
