It is a popular belief that healthy food cannot be tasty. And that if you want to eat well, you have to sacrifice enormous amounts of time (and money) to achieve it.
At WIN-WIN FOOD, I work hard to show this idea couldn’t be further from the truth.
On this blog, you will find no fuss, healthy recipes bursting with flavor, most of which can be prepared in less than 30 minutes. Each of these dishes contains only unprocessed, all-natural and plant-based ingredients and many of them are gluten-free, raw, oil-free, sugar-free, paleo and allergy-friendly.
And not just that. Besides recipes, you can read all about my favorite healthy eating tips and nutrition articles that will save you time, energy and frustration and help you with orientation in the wild jungle of health and nutrition information.

I have been passionate about baking and cooking (and eating) since I can remember. Because of my struggle with weight during my teenage years, I decided to use this passion to come up with ways to enjoy food and feel good about my body at the same time.
This personal challenge has not only allowed me to lose the extra pounds, though. It also helped me realize surprising people with delicious, secretly healthy food is my favorite thing to do. And what could be better than sharing those recipes and tips with all of you?
I have been researching nutrition and experimenting with healthy recipes for almost a decade now. I also have a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University.
I currently live in Mannheim, Germany where I’m studying marketing but I originally come from Prague, Czech Republic. Besides experimenting in the kitchen, I love traveling (pretty much anywhere), window-shopping for kitchen gadgets and watching The Big Bang Theory.
